Health secrete of old people of hunza

Health secrete of hunza is based on balanced diet and balanced activities all of this equilibrium is due to mountainous area, all the people from hunza are farmers, working whole year in fields for better crops. People of Hunza have made the secrets of their remarkable way of long and healthy life available to the rest of the world. They have evolved a way of living, eating and thinking that has substantially lengthened their lifespan and dramatically reduced susceptibility to most of the illnesses to which "civilised" people are prone.
Fresh nutrients from fresh plants makes the people healthy, herbal plants from mountains haven’t any side effect as compared to other medicines. Daily hard work creates a balanced routine whole year.
In old time hunza people manage to live to over one hundred years of age in perfect mental and physical health and men father children at ninety. Cancer, heart disease, heart attacks, high and low blood pressure and childhood diseases are virtually unknown. In fact, sickness is extremely rare. There were no such diseases in Hunza but know due to increase in modernity or due to change in life style environment is totally disturbed e.g. (environmental pollution, giving less preference to natural products). Nowadays peoples are strongly suffering in brain disorders because of mental stress producing conditions e.g. (daily increase in crime scenes).
The thing i have observed is only difference in their diet. The old Hunza people are involve in agriculture, returning all organic matter to the soil. Their food consisted chiefly of raw fruits and vegetables, sprouted pulses, whole grains, nuts milk products from goats, and occasionally a small portion of meat, usually during holidays and weddings. Since chickens have a natural urge to peck at seeds, and since seeds are more valuable than money in Hunza, until recently no chickens were allowed in the area.
